Using MenuQR

MenuQR is a web-based restaurant menu platform provided by The Atom. By requesting, accessing or using a MenuQR account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be authorised to act for the restaurant or organisation whose menu you manage. Keep sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly through the request form if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Restaurant content and responsibilities

The restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of its menu, prices, ingredients, allergens, dietary claims, opening hours and contact details. MenuQR makes that information easier to publish; it does not independently verify restaurant-supplied facts.

• Confirm allergen and dietary information before publishing it.
• Update availability, prices and operating information when they change.
• Only upload content, logos and images that the restaurant is allowed to use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing content.

Pricing, billing and the launch offer

Published prices are in Sri Lankan rupees. Monthly plans are billed per month. Annual plans are prepaid for twelve months and are priced at ten monthly payments.

The Starter launch offer is a first-year promotional price, not a lifetime purchase. It includes one Starter branch for twelve months plus the stated setup services. After the first year, Starter renews at the then-published annual price shown on the pricing page; currently Rs 19,000 per year.

Growth includes three branches and does not impose a hard branch cap. Additional Growth branches are Rs 1,500 per month or Rs 15,000 per year each. Multi-location includes five branches; additional Multi-location branches are Rs 1,200 per month or Rs 12,000 per year each. Restaurant groups with 25 or more branches can request enterprise pricing.

Taxes, where applicable, are shown on the invoice. We will confirm the chosen plan, payment method and start date before activating a paid account.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans may be changed or cancelled before the next renewal. Annual and launch-offer terms remain active for the prepaid period. If a refund is required by applicable law or we agree one in writing, it will be handled against the payment received and the services already delivered.

We may change published plans or prices for a future term. A change does not alter a current prepaid term without notice and agreement where required.

Availability and limits

We aim to keep MenuQR reliable and secure, but online services can be interrupted for maintenance, security work or events outside our control. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

MenuQR is not a substitute for professional medical, allergy or food-safety advice. Guests with serious dietary or allergy concerns should confirm directly with restaurant staff before ordering.

Intellectual property and termination

The MenuQR software, interface and brand remain the property of The Atom. The restaurant retains ownership of the menu content it supplies and grants us the limited rights needed to host, display and operate that content.

We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or stop misuse. You may contact us through the request form about an account or these terms.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. We may update these terms as the service changes; the latest version is published on this page.
